Evanston, IL . . . . .A new all-in-one exercise cord, Adjusticizer® Exercise System, is available from DM Systems. Adjusticizer® makes performing a full body workout possible anytime and anywhere. The inexpensive, portable exerciser weighs only six ounces and fits in a coat pocket, briefcase, purse or workout bag.

The Adjusticizer® system consists of one single strength cord, two composite cord adjusters, two handles, two foot/door attachment straps, and three spring links. The interchangeable components of the Adjusticizer® Exercise System allow the user to create a custom exerciser to work the back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, and legs. The composite cord adjusters make shortening or lengthening the Adjusticizer® quick and easy. A simple pull on the adjuster permits the user to achieve the desired cord length and resistance. Thanks to its adjustability, Adjusticizer® Exercise System can be customized to fit the user and the specific exercise, easily handling the work of multiple pieces of fitness equipment at a fraction of the cost.

Included with each Adjusticizer® is a comprehensive, 64-page exercise manual and guide, which contains not only specific exercises but also directions for adjusting and using the product, nutritional information to enhance health and workout recovery, and fitness philosophy and injury prevention guidelines. Exercises are described in simple-to-follow written instructions, accompanied by photos illustrating each exercise. Line drawings highlight the muscles and muscle groups being worked during the exercise along with tips for performing each exercise. The exercise guide is designed as a handy flip chart with an easel back so the user can view the exercise and instructions as he/she performs the exercise.
